We will also have the same contractual obligations towards the sub-processors as agreed with the Controller and be fully responsible for their actions.
Upon the Controller’s written request, we will delete or return all personal information or data to them after the processing services are completed, unless there is a legal reason for us to retain a copy. This information will be stored on servers outside of the European Economic Area by our third-party hosting provider.
