We will not transfer this information to any sub-processors unless we have obtained the Controller’s prior written consent. If such consent has been granted, we will inform the Controller of any new sub-processor. We will also have the same contractual obligations towards the sub-processors as agreed with the Controller and be fully responsible for their actions.

Upon the Controller’s written request, we will delete or return all personal information or data to them after the processing services are completed, unless there is a legal reason for us to retain a copy. This information will be stored on servers outside of the European Economic Area by our third-party hosting provider.

To maintain an appropriate level of security, we will implement suitable technical and organizational measures and provide the Controller with any necessary information to demonstrate our compliance. We will also allow the Controller or their appointed auditor to conduct audits to ensure that our processing meets regulations and protects the data subject’s rights.
