Billing and Fees
A valid tax invoice will be issued for each service, and you will be notified as soon as the deliverable is ready for download. Payment is required before the deliverable can be downloaded. The fees are based on the requested/purchased services, not actual usage, and are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless specified otherwise in the Order Form.
Payments must be made in full without any set-off, counterclaim, or withholding, unless prohibited by law. The currency of payment will be specified in the order confirmation.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information, and updating us of any changes.
If any errors are later discovered in an invoice, a corrected invoice will be issued. If you have overpaid due to a billing error, your account will be credited or, if you have stopped using the service, a refund will be given promptly after your request and after deducting any other amounts owed by you to us.
Billing Dispute Resolution: If you have a disagreement regarding an invoice from us, you must follow the process outlined below to dispute it:
You agree to pay the invoice in full, unless you raise a valid dispute.
To properly dispute an invoice, you must: (i) provide evidence to support your claim that the charges or invoice are incorrect; and (ii) send this request for investigation to us within a month of the invoice date.
Upon receiving your dispute request, we will conduct a fair and appropriate investigation. After the investigation, if an outstanding balance remains, you must pay it within five business days.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
It is important to note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind after an order has been placed. Once the order has been delivered, no full refund requests will be honored. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for the hours spent on the project, as they cannot be recuperated. Our products and services are non-refundable and come with no expressed or implied warranties.
However, you may ask for up to three free revisions if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product or service. If you still have concerns with the quality of the product or service, you may request a 50% refund of the paid fee amount. This request will be processed after we verify your claims regarding the quality of the product or service.
Please note that full refunds will not be provided once an order is completed and delivered. You may ask for three revisions if the product or service does not meet your expectations or project requirements. You may request a partial refund if you provide written feedback and disapproved revisions. Without written communication, we will not be able to consider any refund claims.
Customers who submit a charge-back without first speaking with MjlClarivate Journal Publication about a refund or discussing the case with the Account Manager will forfeit their right to a refund. MjlClarivate Journal Publication reserves the right to decline the refund request in such cases.
MjlClarivate is not responsible for a refund if the client's paper is rejected by the chosen journal, regardless of the reason, such as plagiarism or formatting issues.
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled and no cancellation requests will be accepted.

BREACH OF T&Cs
